  • Are dogs allowed on site?

    Dogs are welcome.

  • Is there free Wifi on site?

    Unfortunately not on the whole site, although it is available in the Cafe.

  • Am I able to shop online?

    There is no option to shop from all our concessions in one place, please see their individual websites for details/availability.

  • Do you take gift vouchers?

    Currently we do not offer a site-wide gift voucher, but some individual retails do offer gift voucher options.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Mon to Sat: 

    9am - 5pm (Jan - Feb)

    9am - 5.30pm (Mar - Dec)


    Sundays: 10am - 4pm


    Bank Holidays: 10am – 5pm

  • Do you offer a price match?

    Please speak to individual retails with regards to price match.

  • How can I check stock availability?

    Please contact individual retailers for stock inquiries. These can be found on our Directory.

  • Do you have any units available to rent?
